Theatre Woodstock Annual General Meeting
and Volunteer Appreciation Night
The 2010 AGM and Volunteer Appreciation Night held on Wednesday June 16th was a great success. It was a wonderful time to recognize the contributions of the many volunteers who make Theatre Woodstock such a vibrant part of the arts community of our city.
Thanks to the ongoing work of the Board whose dedication was evident in their reports. Thanks also to Bronson's Restaurant for hosting us and providing the great food and to Sally Johnston for welcoming and looking after everyone.
We welcome new faces to the Board and sincerely thank those who have filled important roles and have moved on to other opportunities in their lives (see the new Board membership list).

Several generous and gifted Theatre Woodstock participants recently received Ontario Volunteer Service Awards in Stratford for their continuous and current active involvement. Present at the AGM and pictured above are: Jennifer Paquette (20 years), Brian George (35 years), Bonnie Hartley (35 years) and Joanna Sweete (10 years).
Also recognized with Ontario Volunteer Service Awards were Don Hastie (40 years) and Rachel Harris and Emily Johnston who received youth awards. Congratulations to everyone and thanks for your commitment to Theatre Woodstock!

Board President Deb Prentice with this year's Lee Bennett Award winner Laura Earle, who put in countless hours as costumes and props were sorted, packed and moved from previous storage on Hunter St. to their new home in the Annex.

Laurie Markham and Jennifer Paquette with this year's Red Young award winner Chris Shoreman. His work with CAST in many valuable areas is greatly appreciated!
