Inspired by the farces of the playwright Plautus (251-183 B.C.), it tells the bawdy story of a slave and his attempts to win his freedom by helping his young master woo the girl next door. This show that TIME magazine called "good clean, dirty fun" is one of the funniest musicals of all time.

Theatre Woodstock and the production team for A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum are very pleased to announce that this musical comedy has been cast and preparations are underway.
